At DecoMakers.in, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

  • Ready-to-ship products are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
  • Customized and personalized products may require 3–10 business days for production before dispatch, depending on the design complexity and order quantity.
  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India to all serviceable PIN codes.
  • International shipping is available for selected products and destinations. Shipping charges and delivery timelines for international orders will be calculated separately.

3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products, promotional campaigns, or minimum order values.
  • Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping or remote delivery locations.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can use this information to track your shipment's progress.

6. Customized & Personalized Products

As many of our products are made-to-order, production timelines may vary. Customers are advised to review product-specific processing times mentioned on the product page before placing an order.

7. Delays Beyond Our Control

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural calamities
  • Government restrictions
  • High seasonal order volumes

DecoMakers.in shall not be held liable for delays caused by such circumstances.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders returned due to an incorrect address, invalid contact number, or failed delivery attempts may incur additional re-shipping charges.

9. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
